HOW TO GET RID OF BODY ODOR

Kleinert's produces its Dry Body Wipes product to eliminate body odor.
Body odor (or B.O., bromhidrosis, osmidrosis or ozochrotia) is an unpleasant
smell our bodies can give off when bacteria that live on the skin break down sweat into acids - some say it is the smell of bacteria growing on the body, but it really is the result of bacteria breaking down protein into certain acids.
Kleinert's antiperspirant Dry Body is a non-prescription wipe that is highly recommended by many of the worlds dermatologists to eliminate and prevent moisture which is the breeding ground for bacteria. http://www.kleinerts.com/dry-body-all-in-one-clinical-antiperspirant-wipes.html
Body odor usually becomes evident if measures are not taken when a human reaches puberty - 14-16 years of age in females and 15-17 years of age in males. People who are obese, those who regularly eat spicy foods, as well as individuals with certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, are more susceptible to having body odor.
People who sweat too much - those with hyperhidrosis - may also be susceptible to body odor, however, often the salt level of their sweat is too high for the bacteria to break down - it depends where the excess sweating is occurring and which type of sweat glands are involved.

All of Kleinert's underarm pads and shields will prevent bacteria and odor development. Many of our items are also Sanitized for freshness.

UNDER BREAST SWEATING & ODOR AND ITS SOLUTION

Under the breasts sweating and odor is a medical problem similar to the skin problems associated with those people with a bariatric issue. It is called Infantigo and this can lead to more serious skin problems.

When sweating accumulates under the breasts the moisture will create bacteria and this will cause rashes and even skin breakdown requiring medical attention.

An infantigo rash typically consists of clusters of sores. While it typically does not cause serious problems, infantigo sores are certainly “eye-sores”. Left untreated, however, the sores can end up causing permanent damage and more serious complications.

Infantigo is a bacterial skin infection. It can be caused by two different types of bacteria: strep (streptococcus) or staph (staphylococcus). Typically, these bacteria infect skin that is broken or damaged by cuts, scratches, bites, eczema, or other skin conditions. However, infantigo can also occur in healthy skin.

The condition is highly contagious and easily spreadable through either physical contact or contaminated items (such as shared towels, bed sheets, and clothing). This is one reason why infantigo commonly affects children, as it is easily picked up at daycares and in school. However, adults may also find themselves with the infection if they come in contact with someone else with infantigo.

How to Treat and Prevent Infantigo
Luckily, there are infantigo treatments that can help you put a quick end to any breakout that occurs. We recommend our Dry Body® Antiperspirant Wipes containing the maximum ingredient allowed by the FDA (aluminum chloride at 15%) without a prescription. These wipes will keep the area dry and sweat free for multiple days so that your skin can repair itself.
The most important thing is to see a doctor if you have the signs or symptoms of infantigo. If left untreated, infantigo can cause permanent scarring and skin pigmentation. It can also lead to kidney damage in rare instances, so it is better to see your doctor to avoid any risk.

Typically, doctors will prescribe a topical antibiotic cream to apply over the infantigo rash or blisters. For more aggressive cases, a doctor may prescribe antibiotic pills.

NEW AND IMPROVED CONSTRUCTION FOR GREATER ABSORBENCY IN ALL UNDERARM PADS FOR SWEATING

    ADVANCED UNDERARM PADS FOR SWEATING

We recognize that consumers want underarm pads for sweating products that offer them maximum protection and comfort from sweating and odor problems. With that in mind, we’ve significantly improved our products.

Our advanced and innovative constructions now allow for much greater absorption and odor control. We’ve done this by working with our suppliers to create truly unique fabrics to maximize absorbency and comfort for you.
1
We now have transport top layer to all of our mens and womens armpit pads. This unique mesh fabric allows fluid to pass through it to an absorbent layer so that the fluid does not lay next to your skin or take minutes to be absorbed (causing some fluid to have the spill-over effect).

We’ve enhanced the effect of cotton by double napping it and thereby making it much more absorbent. Here is a link to our advanced dress shields; http://www.kleinerts.com/Dress-Shields.php and garment shields

.
The old water-proof vinyl layer which sometimes could even peel or crack after repeated machine washings has been replaced with a unique blend of urethane and vinyl. This will eliminate any cracking or peeling issues even after 100 washings and yet be noiselessly effective. No more brittle feel associated with vinyl. The urethane will retain its soft hand even after washing with chlorine bleach.
